Work Orders

Contractor List- Store contact information for your
contractors (past and present), including a customizable section
for all types of phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and website
addresses. You can also choose the type of service they perform
and select their eligibility for 1099 printing. Each contractor
entry also contains a section for notes.

Work
Orders- Create unlimited work orders for maintenance requests
and repairs at your properties and keep
track of who reported the problem, who is assigned to complete
the request or repair, and when it is due to be completed. This
feature includes a section for material and labor charge, as
well as the option to charge the tenant for all or part of the
maintenance performed. Mark work orders to show up
in the software Reminder System so you know what is due to be completed
each day in your properties.
